When you place your bets, the game begins. Both you and the dealer are dealt two cards. The player’s card is always face down, the dealer’s first card is covered and the dealer’s second card is revealed. The dealer’s first up card is called the up card. The hole card that belongs to the dealer’s card is called the hole card. You can continue drawing cards (frame) until you want to stop drawing (stand) until the hand goes over 21, called bust. You can hit or stand on any card less than 21. Once your turns are complete, the dealer must draw cards as long as his total number is less than 17 and he can lightly hit 17.
Blackjack is played with 6 decks that are shuffled after each round. You win the bet by beating the dealer’s hand without busting, or beating the dealer if you never hit the first bus. If the first two cards are dealt a total of 21 (Blackjack) and the dealer has no Blackjack, you immediately win and receive 3: 2 on your bet bigwin888. If both of you and the dealer both have Blackjack, this is a boost. If you fail or if the dealer’s hand is larger than yours, you lose your bet. If you tie the dealership, it’s called a push and neither party wins.
Once you’ve dealt your first two cards, you may have the opportunity to double down. This will double your bet and you will get one and only one extra card to complete your hand. You can split pairs that split your pair into two separate hands, with the original bet in effect for each hand. Therefore, it effectively doubles the amount of money on the line. Then you continue to play each hand independently, calling cards or standing as desired. You can win, lose or bust with one or both hands.
When the dealer’s up card is an ace, insurance will be offered. Insurance is actually a type of secondary business; you bet the dealer has blackjack. The insurance rate is equal to half the amount of the initial effort. The dealer will then check the hole card to see if it is a Blackjack. If the dealer actually has a Blackjack, you will get paid 2 to 1. However, you will also lose your original bet (if you don’t have a Blackjack), effectively making your hand a touch. If the dealer does not have a Blackjack, you lose the insurance rate and play continues normally.
